Anthony is a partner and leads the firm's dispute resolution and conveyancing practices.

Prior to founding the firm, Anthony was legal counsel at KWFT Microfinance Bank. Anthony's practice includes representation of clients before different courts and quasi judicial tribunals. He has represented clients in matters ranging from complex commercial disputes, criminal litigation, tax disputes, employment disputes, land disputes and debt recovery disputes.

Recent Experience

  • Successfully acting for a Government of Kenya parastatal in various constitutional petitions arising out of disputed election nominations and general election results.

  • Successfully representing an international quality assurance firm listed on the London Stock Exchange in a procurement matter with a subject matter of 1 billion Kenya Shillings including appearing before the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board, the High Court of Kenya, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Kenya. 

  • Successfully representing an international manufacturing concern in two tax disputes before the Tax Appeals Tribunal resulting in the resolution of tax demands of Kshs. 120 million shillings.

  • Successfully representing a large local manufacturing concern in a dispute before the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board in a matter where the subject matter was 60 million Kenya Shillings.

  • Acting for a large savings and credit cooperative (SACCO) in several disputes with a number of its members before the Cooperative Tribunal.

  • Successfully representing various banks in litigation brought by defaulting borrowers seeking to forestall the exercise of the banks’ statutory power of sale.
