• Acting for Kenya Climate Ventures Limited, a locally incorporated climate focused fund in connection with various financial facilities to local climate focused businesses including undertaking lender due diligence, preparing loan and security documentation and perfecting the securities created by the various borrowers.

• Representing the Commodities fund in various lending transactions to individual farmers and farming cooperatives including reviewing loan documentation, undertaking borrower due diligence and perfecting securities to secure the advances.

• Acting for Kenya Climate Innovation Center through its early-stage financing facility in various lending transactions with its beneficiaries. Our lawyers undertook thorough borrower due diligence, prepared the appropriate loan documentation and undertook perfection of securities to secure the lending.

• Acting for various local banks in the perfection of securities including drafting and registration of charges, debentures and registration of securities under the Moveable Property Security Rights Act.
