Dispute Resolution and Debt Recovery
At Muhoro and Gitonga, dispute resolution is a key area of practice and our lawyers have acted for and advised a wide variety of local and international clients before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, Employment and Labour Relations Court, the Public Procurement and Administrative Review Board, the Tax Appeals Tribunal and the Cooperatives Tribunal.
Our lawyers also work with banks, local financial institution and corporate entities in debt recovery. Our team has developed an approach that balances the client’s need to pursue recovery to its logical conclusion and the client’s need to limit losses arising from the pursuit of bad debts.
